The Concorde Kids facility is architecturally designed to accommodate patients, employees and visitors with disabilities. Much time and effort was put into the initial design with numerous changes made to assure that the facility would be accessible to
all clients. We will perform an annual review and inspection of the facility to assure that it remains accessible. We
will also respond to input from our patients and clients in a timely manner to make feasible changes that eliminate problems they
encounter. If we are unable to provide a service that is necessary we will attempt to assist the patient in securing services
at an accessible site.
T. J. Tyler, Inc. will seek out qualified multilingual and/or sign language interpreters and other
auxiliary aids to sensory-impaired or Limited English Proficient (LEP) persons where necessary to afford such persons an equal opportunity
to benefit from the services we provide. Patients requiring an interpreter or auxiliary aid should be identified by staff.
